Captain responsibilities
Professional conduct is part of every ride
Captains must follow applicable transport laws, maintain required documents, use a roadworthy vehicle and provide respectful service.
Keep documents current
Maintain valid licences, permits, insurance, registration and other required approvals.
Prioritise safety
Obey traffic laws, avoid distracted driving and never operate under impairment or unsafe fatigue.
Respect every rider
No discrimination, harassment, intimidation, off-platform solicitation or misuse of rider data.

See ride and settlement details in the app
The Captain app may display completed trips, gross fares, platform deductions, incentives, adjustments and settlement status. Actual amounts depend on accepted trips, applicable fees, taxes, promotions and local rules.
