Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and demand factors. You can view estimated fares before confirming your ride.
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and cash (where available).
Cancellations may be subject to fees if made after a captain has been assigned or is en route to your location.
Yes, you can cancel without charges if done within 2 minutes of booking or before a captain is assigned.
Use the "Lost & Found" feature in the app immediately. We'll connect you with the captain to retrieve your items.
Fares include base fare, distance charges, time charges, and applicable taxes. You see the estimated fare before confirming.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Important: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Urban Ridar regarding the service.
