Delete Your Account

If you wish to delete your Urban Ridar account and associated data, please follow the steps below:

1 Send an email to our support team
2 Include your registered email address
3 State clearly that you want to delete your account

Important Information

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.

For questions about account deletion, please contact customer support.

What happens when you delete your account:

  • Your personal information will be permanently removed from our systems
  • All ride history and associated data will be deleted
  • Any pending transactions or payments will be completed before deletion
  • You will no longer have access to the Urban Ridar service
  • Your account cannot be recovered after deletion
  • This action is permanent and cannot be undone

Please ensure you have backed up any important data before requesting account deletion.
